Welcome to Ocean Boxes! These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

• This website is operated by Ocean Boxes, based in Ontario, Canada.

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Ocean Boxes reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Orders

• All products are subject to availability.

• We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, but colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Returns and Refunds

Ocean Boxes accepts returns under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the item’s purchase price only.

• The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the main homepage.

• We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ocean Boxes is not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

• We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once the item has been shipped.

5. International Orders – Duties and Taxes

• Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or tariffs imposed by your country are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• It is your responsibility to check your country’s import rules and fees before placing an order.

• Ocean Boxes is not responsible for any additional costs, customs delays, or returns due to unpaid duties or import taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ocean Boxes is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products. Please follow any care or usage instructions provided with your items.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
