Shipping policy

Shipping is typically utilized using Canada Post or other shipping providers.   Small items may be shipped via oversized letter mail. Larger Item Shipping is usually tracked with insurance, and some small orders use untracked shipping via oversized mail with Canada Post. There is an option to purchase tracked shipping for small item purchases at checkout. Under some circumstances a signature may be added/required on delivery depending on the order.  Free Shipping may be advertised at times for some items and is subject to change without notice. Shipping costs may vary, as such we try to use the best safest shipping options. We like to use Canada Post but may use a different carrier with some orders to keep costs and prices down.

International buyers please note: We do not ship outside of Canada at this time on this store due to shipping constraints.  International orders are available through our eBay store. If resumed in the future, please be aware that Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost from your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

We use Canada Post when possible for cost effective shipping.  Un-tracked shipping in Canada can vary in delivery times province to province. This may affect delivery times.

In event of Canada Post Strikes: Alternate carriers may be used at times of uncertainty or to save costs. This would be communicated to the customer prior to shipping. Orders could also be held until shipping would resume with Canada Post.
